  We go to this chipotle all the time, but this is the first time that I’ve ever gotten such a little amount of meat. Everything that was not meat was the usual amount, except the meat was skimped out on, which is the first time this has happened to me here. If you ever get this worker, her appearance is lighter complected on the bigger side. I’m only complaining because I saw the bowls from the people in front and behind me, where their bowls were filled with more chicken and steak in comparison to mine. Seems like it was kind of discriminatory, especially since I frequent this location often. If you read this review, please address this issue and any future customers should be weary.

  I ordered online and went thru the pick-up line. The car in front of me was either early or ordered while sitting there. I sat there for 10 minutes waiting on them. RIDICULOUS, If they are early or order while in line they need to move them forward to the parking spots for pick-up. When I finally got my order, the guy at the window was great, he made jokes and tried to keep everything good. When I pulled up to check my order, I was reminded why I dislike the drive-thru. The guacamole was smeared all over the outside of the cup, there was sour cream on the hot sauce cups. When I arrived home the beans in my order were cold. Room temp, the is cold to me. I really need to rethink my choices of take out. Scrappy food and service are the reasons I will not go to some places already. This one is rising really fast.

  3/13, I got off work early today and my family talked me into going to Chipotle for their Tatted BOGO Celebration -what a huge mistake! I visited three (3) locations & saw huge customer lines wrapped around tables inside the restaurant and trailed out the door; before I stopped at this location and got in line. The staff were friendly & excited; but, extremely harried, walking over each other, wiping their faces on their sleeves without intermittent hand washes, cooks dumping seasonings like crazy, as they tried to get all the orders prepared and out the door. Then, unbelievably, with all the celebration chaos, staff was ringing up the orders in BOGO twos only, which SLOWED DOWN the line considerably AND then, the chicken ran out & the white rice out and YUK, only brown rice was available. I was ready to go; but, as I promised I got six meals -all bowls - for the price of three and headed home. UGH!! The meals were AWFUL - so spicy and hot with way too much seasoning, that not even my son ate his meal!!
