  The food was great. We ordered online and picked up in the drive thru no problem. The lady at the window was super nice and asked if we needed extra of anything.

  I gotta give this place 5 stars! The food was delicious and worth the wait! Made when you order! Great service and really enjoyed the experience! Thankyou so much for creating an experience I will never forget! I'll be back soon!

  Loved the tacos wanted to give this place a try since I work so close and loved everything and the people were so nice and friendly when I went to pick up my food I will definitely be ordering again

  Had issues with an order placed via their website but they took care of my order anyways even though it was late! Food was also excellent. As someone who works in food service its nice to go somewhere close to close and get quality food and service still.

  I had one of the worst experiences at Caesar’s Snack Shack and I honestly feel completely cheated. I ordered a chicken fajita, simple enough—but when I got my food, the chicken was missing and replaced with some random red beef fajita meat that I NEVER asked for. Not only was it wrong, but it tasted absolutely horrible—like straight-up dog food. The flavor, texture, everything about it was off. When I tried to address it, the service was just as bad as the food. No accountability, no real apology, and definitely no effort to fix the situation properly. It felt like they didn’t care at all that my order was completely wrong. I paid for chicken fajita meat and got stuck with something I didn’t order and couldn’t even eat. That’s not just bad service—that’s straight-up disrespectful to customers. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
