  Every time I was adding to my order I was cut off. They didn’t even want to take the code from the app and kept saying it didn’t work. Not only that but didn’t even get the order right.

  The customer service at this place is HORRIBLE. If you go home and discover you have a problem with your order don't bother calling because this place never answers the phone. Your only recourse is to drive all the way back across town and hope to get the issue resolved. And no one there seems to care.

  3 employees in this store including a manager, looked at me and did not ask if I have been helped or what I needed . Everyone was working in the back and I understand times have changed and we are able to order without speaking to an employee. I was here to pick up a door dash but 3 employees including a manager looked at me and acted like I was not there. Customer service could be improved

  Went and got a tea and it was super light so ask if they could exchange it out saw that they had the tea containers in the front as I watch them through the window the manager took the tea I complained about to the back and came back with some dark tea me being confused why didn’t they just give it fix it where the tea containers are so I wonder what did they actually give me ?? Look like dark grease with water tasted disgusting I just left do better McDonald don’t get mad because I just want my order right.
