  Success! I have ordered enough from this location that they now know me by name. My orders are always on time and the only time it wasn't right was because I messed up my own when putting it in online. Wrong or not the meal was still hot and fresh and I learned to look twice before I submit it. The staff is always friendly, the storefront clean, and parking is plentiful. Bless them for keeping me fed.

  Everyone here is so sweet and kind, I come here 3 days a week and I’ve never had an issue here. I love y’all so much thank you for my food

  I have never been so insulted by a food establishment in my life. This location did not get my order correct and when I called, I was told I would have to bring the pizza back to prove it. Is this against the Texas Health Code? When I got there, two teenaged girls came out of the back and said if I didn't like how I was treated, I need to leave and don't come back. Guess what, I won't, not to this location nor any other pizza hut location anywhere, ever again. Domino's has all my business from now on. pizza hut better fire the staff at this location before they lose more business.

  After my delivery order was over an hour late, I called the store. Awful customer service! The girl who answered the phone had a horrible attitude & couldn’t answer any questions about my order… Just said we can’t guarantee a delivery time, and made lots of excuses. Then I was trying to change from delivery to pick up & she hung up on me. DO BETTER DRIPPING SPRINGS PIZZA HUT!!!

  I was picking up Door Dash order. I could tell the man running the phone a front desk was being overwhelmed by the workload in front of him. I told him it looks like that is hard work but you’re doing well. I could see my order to pickup was a few minutes out. I tried to continue to give grace, but after 20+ minutes, I started asking questions. “It’s the next order out,” and speech of that nature. Finally they hand me the pizza (yes just one pizza(just cheese)) and I dash off to deliver to my now malnourished customer. But, What’s This?! Oh right they gave me the wrong order. I’m not trying to make a boatload of cash doing Door Dash, but when incompetence at the store takes you to less than $8/hr and makes you look incompetent to the customer, things have got to change. I hope the owner/manager sees this so you can help yourself from an eventual total loss.
