I ordered it without turbinado sugar and it just tasted like coconut and water. The wrap I got was tiny, rolled in a huge piece of paper, packaged in a big plastic bag. Overpriced. But I had a coupon and got the smoothie free. If it hadn't been free I'd have asked for my money back. Good service, quick.

I ordered the Nutella bowl and it was as hard as a rock the fruit were not fresh but frozen the strawberries are too hard to even chew, the bananas have started to turn brown , and the bowl over all doesn’t taste good. When I visit tropical smoothie I want fresh food but today this was not the case. The staff was friendly but the food was horrible.
