- KMKatie Murph6 days ago1.0I love Tropical Smoothie and the employees are always so nice, but I just got home and opened up my flatbread to find there is hardly any chicken to be found anywhere. I also paid $2 extra for ADDED EXTRA protein!! This is beyond frustrating because it isn't the first time for this to happen. When my husband picked up the order he confirmed that they added protein to our orders, and they said yes.

I checked the hours and it said 9. Their drive through was open so we went there. I asked what time the dining room closed but he just said "great question". I asked again once I got to the window and he said "officially, 9" but I guess unofficially whenever they decide. I just need to know when the dining room will or won't be open. I like to sit down with my kids to connect a little bit . I also tried to pay my $25 tab with a $100 which was denied because they don't have change. Just several off putting things combined made it less than ideal. 2 stars because at least the drive through was still open before 9.
