  Went shopping at the plaza in Donna and Dutch Bros had a long line and come to find out there was just one girl (Allison)she was holding up like a true champ great attitude and all . Thanks Allison great job!!!

  Every time I’ve come to this location my drink taste like burnt espresso. I’ve given this location many chances at different times but every time it’s the same problem.

  not my usual dutch but when i went the girl Ximena was super helpful and patient with the order and even chatted with us since there was no cars behind, and the drinks were made to perfection! the amazing service along with good drinks made the rest of the day a whole lot better!

  Been going since they opened and I have NEVER had any issues with anyone today I go and asked for a strawberry smoothie lemonade that my daughter asked for and Jimena went had ahead and looked at me and said “ how do you want me to make it a lemonade?” with attitude of course and I point to the sign that said smooth strawberry… so ok I said it wrong and told her sorry it’s kinda the same thing just worded differently mind you I wasn’t being ugly or any attitude and she said she just kept saying no it’s different I was like ok that’s fine that is what I meant I turned to my kids to ask them what they wanted and when I was giving her the rest of my Order she just turn around and left I was like WTH so as I’m waiting another girl worker comes out the door and points at me … at this point I’m like ok did I do something so then she goes back inside a min or so Sabastian(manger) come out to try to take my order and I simply asked what happened to the other girl and he just mentioned it was a shift changed but I was like no that’s not true I asked did I do something to offender. Her he just said no it was just a shift change… I told him I would believe him if the other girl wouldn’t of came out and pointed at me like if I did something wrong I explained to him that it was rude of her to do that … I didn’t do anything wrong she was the one that just left me there … fine I didn’t say it correctly but she could of reworded the way she told me nicely like other ppl have … I am so disappointed I know she’s new or at least for the outside as we do go often and always order

  Great vibes and friendly staff, but the order accuracy is terrible. 3 out of 4 times something is wrong—either we are charged for extras we don't receive, or a whole drink is missing from the ticket. For a place that does person-to-person ordering, the communication is surprisingly poor. Hope they can improve their training on confirming orders before sending them through!
