    We placed our order, and the two employees repeatedly tried to add items we didn’t ask for. Their behavior seemed off, and it made the experience uncomfortable. The people who used to work here were amazing, this was a big letdown.

    I went to Subway to purchase a Subway meal. When I pulled up, I noticed a male worker touching various surfaces with his hands. I politely asked if he could wash his hands and he then put soap on a napkin and brought it to me for me to clean my hands. I repeated that I would like for him to wash his hands before preparing my sandwich. He told me he didn't need to clean his hands. I asked if I could get the contact information for management, and he told me he was the manager. This is a POOR example of a manager. He was unprofessional, not welcoming, poor people skills, and just plan Incompetent. It wouldn't surprise me that your business will suffer with this guy as a manager! I walked out and didn't order anything.
