Also about 30mins to an hour after eating it I was sick as a dog. Had to leave work and go home because I was sick with food poisoning.

I politely asked if he could wash his hands and he then put soap on a napkin and brought it to me for me to clean my hands. I repeated that I would like for him to wash his hands before preparing my sandwich. He told me he didn't need to clean his hands. I asked if I could get the contact information for management, and he told me he was the manager. This is a POOR example of a manager. He was unprofessional, not welcoming, poor people skills, and just plan Incompetent. It wouldn't surprise me that your business will suffer with this guy as a manager! I walked out and didn't order anything.
