- HWHeide Weinelt4 days ago1.0This location has messed up my salad multiple times in a row. The first time I came I got no toppings or dressing. Tonight my husband came and ordered a southwest salad and I got some sort of salad with fruit on it, but with south west salad toppings. My husband asked for the dressing that came with it which is salsa ranch, but the employee who took his order treated him like he was stupid because the employee thought avocado ranch came with it. I believe avocado ranch comes with the cobb salad, not the southwest. Overall bad experience and rude employees. Chick Fil A has high prices, I usually don't mind paying because service & quality are great.. but this kind of service in this economy?! My husband and I worked in service industry for years & we are always polite. I just don't understand.

We are delivery drivers and waited for one person to do everything and finally get to our order that had been rddy since we arrived. While they chatted right beside it and never acknowledged us. This was at 2pm fri and the man who helped us deserved the most. He was at least very kind.
