    Door dashing last night and the lady there was rude as hell and giving a hard time just to get the order to deliver it. This is why people go to the Gilmer subway. They are always so rude here

    Honestly terrible experience. I’ve tried to give them multiple chances but each time I’m let down more and more. The employees seem like they have zero clue what they are doing like they’ve never been trained, they do not care at all about their jobs, they are rude, disrespectful. I won’t go again. I’ll drive the extra 30 mins to go somewhere that cares about food quality and doesn’t have incompetent staff

    HORRIBLE!!! I eat subway all the time & after tonight I will never eat at this subway ever again. CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE!! Food quality HORRIBLE . Never will eat here again. None of my order was correct.
