  I have never in my life been to a fast food restaurant in which someone working the dining room was so extremely attentive as when I was there this past Saturday. It was so impressive and shocking! A gentleman saw me get my food and start walking toward a table, so he pulled the table out for me and pushed it back in for me, brought me some napkins, checked on me while I was eating, and even took my trash away. Best Chick-fil-A dining experience I’ve ever had! I even talked to the lady sitting next to me about it. We were both thoroughly impressed. Thank you for the wonderful experience! Please keep up the great work.❤️

  Ordered food from this restaurant on 4/18/26. Food cost $43.11+tax of 3.56. Cashier did not give us a receipt. We realized it and went back to ask for it, it was printed and we hrried to our plane. When we first had a chance to looked at it on the plane, it had a total of $56. The cashier Vas.... B added a $9.33 tip to the bill for herself WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION! It was no wonder she did not give us a receipt. We've been trying ever since to call the restaurant and no one would answer. GET YOUR RECEIPT AND CHECK IT. THIS YOUNG LADY BASICALLY STOLE FROM US. HOW DARE YOU!

  This Chick-fil-A did not exude the normal Chick-fil-A expectations not one person said it’s my pleasure. One person had the wrong order and the lady behind the counter, rolled her eyes before going to get the manager. The manager was actually very helpful but the employees overall allowed the crowd to negatively impact their mood. The food was great!

  ​I usually consider the Cobb Salad here a 5-star meal, but today’s experience was a bit of a letdown. While the greens were fresh and the Creamy Salsa Dressing is as good as ever, the star of the show—the chicken—fell short. ​The nuggets were significantly overcooked, making them tough and dry rather than the tender, juicy bites I’ve come to expect. It’s a shame because the rest of the ingredients (the corn, bacon, and cheese) were well-portioned and fresh.

  Not your typical Chick-fil-A. It was late, about 8:50. Staff was ready to close up and not thinking about customer service. They were out of my original order, Cobb Salad, so I went with the #1 original. The fries were barely warm so I asked for more. No apology and very little acknowledgement. They actually forgot my replacement fries. Sandwich wasn’t much warmer. I can’t image either met food safe standards when served. Trash was littered throughout the restaurant. I guess you are a captive audience at the airport. If I were you, I would walk right pass the Chick-fil-A at gate C24 at DFW.
