  They were quick with making the order and the food was good, just like any other Chick-fil-A location. It was pretty busy, but being in an airport, I'm sure they're always busy. That's the reason for the 4 star atmosphere rating.

  When I travel I always stop on this C.F.A always they beyond of my expectations. Best food, best customer service. No wonder why they always busy other food restaurants don’t have that many customers but this place always has full of customers and top of that no waiting time. All employees of are fast in service and very professional. Always has smile on face best Muskan, Vanessa, Martin, thats only the names i remember About the food warm and delicious Best fast food spicy chicken sandwich

  I don’t leave reviews but I was inspired. Food is solid, what’d you expect for the chain but there is a guy who works the small sitting area, I think his name is Nady. Just the nicest most selfless person I’ve ever come across, especially in such a busy place. Brings extra sauces, drinks, and napkins completely unprompted. Continually cleaning. I’d go out of my way in the airport just to seek out this sitting area.

  I was hesistant to share my experience on this platform. However, I believe it is worth knowing how distasteful my recent visit to chickfila was. I thought I’d grab breakfast to have on my flight. The line was long, but it was early and of course, we were in a busy airport so that is understandable. My complaints are due to the process they have in place when waiting for your food. The staff was moving to their own pace. It was obvious that their idea of making sure customers got their food in a decent time was not priority. It was more laughing than working. After at least 20 mins of waiting, I finally asked for a refund. Me asking, half way put some fire up under them, but then I was handed a random bag and was asked if it was what I ordered. I guess, I was supposed to dig in the bag or just assume what was “handed” to me was right. So may things wrong with that, but I digress. Point is, this particular location could def benefit from a refresher on customer service and a refresher on how to delegate task. It was tacky and not a terrible representstion of chickfila.

  Was never a huge cult fan of Chick-fil-A. But of course there are many swears by it. My beef (pun intended) with this one is: 1. They messed up my order and gave me the wrong sandwich, and 2. The payment machine has default tipping options built in. I still don't understand their logic for it, even it is just airport locations (according to AI search), which already has elevated pricing to start with. Other fast food kiosks like McDonald's next door doesn't have it. This doesn't help the spreading of the cancer culture of "mandatory" tipping.
