- VGvidal gutierrez1 day ago1.0Ive been buying my birthday tres leches cakes from Tom Thumb Desoto for last 5 years.. this is the first bad experience ive had for my son's 20th birthday. We made the best of it. FYI you can always tell when a company lost a good employee, whoever that was you should bring them back with a generous raise. I provided photos of what bad presentation and how the little details to the cake can come out bad.. we celebrated the best that we could. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY SON !!

After verifying my daughter’s information, another employee returned and provided my total. After confirming the amount, he stated that I had prescriptions ready for both my daughter and “you.” At no point did anyone verify my name or date of birth, nor did they attempt to confirm my identity, yet I was handed a prescription intended for me. This raises serious concerns regarding proper pharmacy protocol, as patient information and medications should not be released without full verification.**** Love the store! The pharmacy window clerk. Definitely rude and unprofessional. Didn’t ask what I needed, gives me papers to “sign” with no explanation. Never asked if I wanted or needed counseling for the medications. Nothing. After matching her energy, she walks off and the pharmacist walks up to finish her job. I’ll never say a person doesn’t need a job but I will say customer service training should be an option.

They need to fire the staff who runs the gas station, and why the store supervisor can’t solve the issue? Saying it’s nothing you can do is absurd!! First and last time EVER visiting this place.
