(BAD DECISION. Ordered a pizza and chicken bites. Asked for spicy sausage and Parmesan chicken bites. When I received my food I got a pepperoni pizza and some type of Asian inspired sauce on my chicken bites. Called and was told It would take 10 business days to receive a refund. I forgot about it until the next time I went to order. So I called them and informed them that I never received it. The head manager asked me 21 questions and then told me to call tomorrow so he could talk to corporate. I called back and he told me they sent it again. Neither time have I received it. This is not how you do business. No wonder they have a 3 star rating. Terrible experience all around. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ORDERS FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
