  I had a wonderful experience at this Outback location, and I want to specifically highlight Kia, the manager. Despite a few small hiccups at the start, Kia stepped in with genuine care and professionalism and made sure I was taken care of. The service felt thoughtful, welcoming, and intentional — exactly what you hope for when you just want a good meal and a positive experience. My steak and sides and server were all excellent, and the overall atmosphere felt respectful and warm. Kia’s leadership truly made the difference. Thank you for being there at the right moment!

  This remains my favorite dining place in DeSoto. Courtesy and speed of service is always a plus. But the BIG thing here is that I've never had anything but excellent meals. Steaks cooked to perfection, and the Perfectly Grilled Salmon is always PERFECTLY GRILLED.

  I visited this location on Wednesday, December 17th. While seated at the bar, a loud and ongoing argument between two employees could be clearly heard from the kitchen. Another patron brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, Ginger Stevens, yet no action was taken. Shortly thereafter, the confrontation escalated into the bar area, where one of the disgruntled employees physically assaulted an elderly male guest. This incident was again reported to Ms. Stevens, who stated that the employee had been sent home. However, more than twenty minutes later, that same employee was still present, visibly upset, and arguing with yet another employee. At that point, I personally asked Ms. Stevens to intervene, explaining that I no longer felt safe and requesting that the employee be made to leave the premises. Ms. Stevens raised her voice at me in front of other guests, refused to remove the employee, and stated she would not ask them to wait outside because it was “drizzling.” As a customer, particularly one who has recently moved to this area, I was shocked by the complete failure to prioritize guest safety and by the unprofessional, dismissive manner in which my concerns were handled. No patron should have to witness an assault, feel unsafe in a dining establishment, or be belittled by a manager for expressing legitimate safety concerns. I sent an email to Robert Beaver (the general manager/managing partner and received very little follow up so it’s no surprise that these employees behaved the way they did. It’s zero accountability. I will never step foot in this location again and I’ve reached out to corporate to inform them of this situation.

  Second chances are worth it! I placed an order to go 12/21. I told the server,who took my order, that last time I only got part of my order correct. The server took extra care to make sure my order was correct and personally brought it to me as I waited in the car.

  Outback was delicious. The environment and staff were amazing. Our waitress was very friendly. The waitress allowed my gdaughter to be her precious self. Their food was delicious. Will definitely return to Outback.
