Per my last review about cold foam and lack of product in my cup I since decided to use my cold foam at home. So today my question still remains why do I pay for a large and do not get the serving of an actual large drink ? Why is it that the cup is not full? The drink is too hot before I get home but regardless this is a consistent issue. I’ve never made a review about my order being wrong or the attitudes that have come and gone. We are human we all have bad days but I don’t spend my money to be cheated I got a medium for the price of a large this is insane

This time I had rude service again. Everything came out in a matter of minutes except the box o Joe which took over 12 minutes? In the past didn’t seem like it took as long for a box. Maybe if I had tipped? This place could be great if the customer service is stepped up a notch. But being corporate I doubt any changes will be made. Oh, this is a pic of my medium coffee. I watched as everyone else left with full cups no matter what size.
