  There was two cars infront of me at the drive thru. No exaggeration it took me 20 min to get 2 strawberry shakes and a blizzard. Also the blizzard was not blizzard tested just a top on it and not even identified. People behind me in line left. This was the first time at this DQ and it might just have been a bad day. But I will not come bk here.

  My husband went through the drive through and places order.And when he came home and checked the order was wrong.And it's too cold to go outside. Tried to call the number but it doesn't even work... This is truly bad service.

  I love Dairy Queen, chili cheese burritos with a root beer float, my second time since last week. Last week was slow service and was given ice cream with no root beer but was charged. Today chili on burrito was terrible, sat in drive thru about 4 minutes or so without anyone coming to take my money till my burrito was ready to sit again for minutes till I drove around to front, got out to ask if he forgot my sundae to be told no strawberries so I decided Carmel is fine to then be told he's working on it, to then it's gonna be 5 to 10 minutes from another worker whom seemed unconcerned. My money then was refunded for the ice cream. David was trying to run both drive thru and front counter. He did a good job but needs to inform customers about the wait shortly after the order is placed if all possible..This happened last month but do believe in given chances. After tonight not sure if I'll return back to the Desoto location. I'm disappointed and hungry from a half eaten burrito.ijs

  This was our second visit to the Dairy Queen off Hampton in DeSoto, and it was another wonderful family experience. The service really stood out. The two young men working were so polite and very friendly. As a nice touch of service, they even brought my banana split right to our table. I got my absolute favorite dessert: a banana split loaded with hot chocolate fudge and strawberries, and it was perfect. The whole family was happy—my granddaughter loved her Oreo cookies Blizzard, and my wife enjoyed her hot fudge sundae. We also learned they have a discount on sundaes on Sundays! Great service and great treats. We will definitely be back.
