  Like DQ but this place sucks its a franchise the staff cant show up very limited items or they just dont want to serve certain items. Plus no inside dining the doors were locked with a sign drive through only

  this is a HORRIBLE location .to begin with when you want to go inside you can’t both doors are locked and it is just so inconvenient.and of all of the 5 times i’ve been there the ice cream machine is broken.how are you dairy queen with no ice cream???IM SO SICk OF IT this needs to be closed back down permanently.this place was a HUGE inconvenience of my time.

  The absolute worst Dairy Queen there possibly is. This location always has a problem ever time I go, they don’t have the kitchen open, not having specific items on there menu available , oh don’t forget how long you wait to even get your items (if they’re available) or even the dining area is always closed too just smh the quality of the place is horrendous. 0 stars

  The food is poor quality it's only two employees and by 4pm they are already ordered a burger and shake they had no pickles no tomatoes no mayonnaise what were out of bacon it's ridiculous do better or shut it down.

  I order steak fingers and they got my order wrong. After leaving out of the drive thru, which was my mistake, I checked my order and it was incorrect. I go back around, get out of the car, walk to the door( which is locked and has a hand written sign on it that reads DRIVE THRU ONLY), make eye contact with a cashier at the front. I raise my bag and receipt and ask for a refund through the door, at which point me raises his head and points to the drive thru that is now a mile long. They have hired young adults who have absolutely no customer service. I'll drive to Dallas DQ or Red Oak before going to the DeSoto DQ.
