She thinks she is the owner and makes up her own rules. I do not recall her name. She is Mexican , Cuban, some type of Latino race.. it’s not once it’s not twice., it’s been about three or four times that she has mentioned that Pizza Hut hut is not a place to have pitchers of alcohol continuously. It has been times when it was a couple, a time when it was a group, and a time when there has been a group party and still, she has limited Each couple that has purchased individually and has cut them off at an early time saying that their cut off is at 10:30 on top of that there’s no cold mugs available because apparently the group took them up. Please clarify to employees and customers if Pizza Hut is a place to have alcoholic drinks or is it strictly food no alcohol. Please and thank you!!!

I arrived at the drive thru window after 29 minutes, paid for the pizza and waited another 40 minutes. No reason for the delay. When I received the pizza it was not what I ordered and was cold.
