- TTTiffanyFeb 11, 20261.0So I ordered online and I understand it was like during the afterschool rush, but the thing is my food was already ready cause I went inside to pick it up because I knew that it would take a while to go through the drive-through because it was a very long line. My food is already ready on the counter, but I missed my drink and I stood there for 10 minutes while this older lady and like four other employees all kept looking at me making eye contact with me and ignoring me while I was standing there with the bag of food in hand waiting for a drink obviously, I was asking a question and they just completely ignored me. I stood there for 10 minutes at the front counter I said excuse me I tried to get their attention ignored. She said hold on just to hand me a cup. It would’ve took two seconds to hand me a cup and I could’ve left.
