  Sonic has A Serious Problem with retaining Heat their Meat Patties. I Always have to return the cheeseburger. Manager words were by the time burger get to your car it's Cold. The one on State Rd, Denton TX. Too much salt was put on the burger patties made me think about High Blood Pressure. I complained about the Temperature Not The Taste.

  Don't try to order a custom cheeseburger because these guys will get it wrong. Three times I said no tomato and guess what I got...

  This sonic is always SUPER fast and my order is always correct. Sometimes the mozzarella sticks aren’t hot enough? But the workers are nice and polite. Fastest sonic I’ve ever been to honestly (I do order online first)

  I went to this location to grab the kids some pretzels and because I was there and didn’t cook I ordered me a combo. The server on the speaker asked me if I wanted to try the blue raspberry slush with ice cream. I was feeling snazzy and ok’d the slush/ice cream drink. When I got the order everything was ok. Fish sandwich was a bit hard but I don’t want to complain but that drink was disappointing. It tasted like the ice cream was old or had mold in it. I asked if I could exchange it for just the slush and they said no I had to buy a whole new drink. I not upset just disappointed that the manager wouldn’t do that small exchange to keep a happy customer

  I had a DoorDash order be completely made wrong and when I called the store, they offered to completely remake my order for me completely free, that is the best customer service I’ve seen at a sonic in most of my life
