  First time here !!! Not dissapointed food was delicious !!! Customer service outstanding they took their time to go over the menu with us very pleased with customer service !! Again food was delicious!!! 100% recommend!! Portion size was big

  I love Pei Wei, the food is always so fresh, and the GM is always superb about customer service. Only reason for not being 5 stars (as it deserves) is whoever the light-skin, baby dread-headed guy is that takes orders up front. I come to this location frequently, and he always has a sour mood, and is almost had a disdain for taking orders. I understand maybe not loving your job, but he takes your order as if he hates your guts. First time I came and thought, maybe he’s just having a bad day, and I get that. But every time I’ve come here, and it’s not the GM taking orders (he’s a great guy), this dude does, and he just has such a dry & awful attitude. I feel like I’m a pretty nice guy and approachable. I don’t understand the attitude.

  We've visited Pei Wei in Denton many times. Tonight, we had an unusual request for one in our party (Special Diet Restriction) and it was accommodated perfectly by Nate. He has served us many times before and is always so friendly and welcoming when we are there.

  When I went to get lunch for me, my mom and my sister, who has a gluten allergy, I ordered one of their items that was advertised as gluten-free. There was gluten in it that we found after she had eaten most of it I called the restaurant to inform them of the mistake so it wouldn't happen again and they went above and beyond to correct the issue. I would 100% eat there again. They were very apologetic and went through the whole kitchen to make sure that it wouldn't happen to somebody else and had given me a refund I had only called to do let them know so it couldn't happen to somebody else and they took it a step further ❤️

  First time for me at Pei Wei, The firecracker chicken and shrimp are so flavorful. The noodles and rice were some of the best I've had in a long time. Clean new building and friendly staff. We will definitely be back.
