- EGErika GregoryMar 26, 20261.0I was highly disappointed.Papa John’s use to be sooo good and now it’s trash.I ordered a sausage pizza,it didn’t have a good amount of cheese and sauce,look like it was a little burnt.It taste cheap and not good at all.It was hot but all you could really taste was the bread.My wife ordered some type of chicken Parmesan Pizza and it was not good at all. We didn’t even eat it because it looked like it had been tossed around..
- LWLisa WerstMar 14, 20261.0When this location first opened recently, the service was great, maybe you'd be waiting a 8 minutes or so to pick up your order, but they were friendly and pleasant. Today, I stopped in to pick up an order, and there was one poor guy maybe early 40s there by himself, understandably in a terrible mood. He was running all over the store cooking, unpacking stuff, checking the computers, etc. I waited a few minutes for service, but after that just rejected the offer and left without the order because he was so frantic and stressed I honestly was anxious he was going to take it out on me, and I could tell the order wasn't started yet anyways. I don't fault him much for this, it's gotta be a miserable situation, but shame on Papa John's for not sending employees in to help or being understaffed, especially during FREAKING SPRING BREAK!! I felt really sorry for him and it's unacceptable. Buy local or from a better brand when you can instead of supporting corporate greed that treats employees and customers like garbage.
