I ordered the “Chile con carne” enchiladas and it was falsely advertised because what they gave me was chili dog (chili beans from a can) and cheddar cheese on top… this is absolutely not what was advertised.

This place had the biggest down fall ever, I don't even know how one can mess up this bad. The old on the border was one of my family's favorite spots to come eat but after they got bought out. The salsa is literally spaghetti sauce, the chicken has a weird taste to it, I struggled to eat my chicken enchiladas without throwing up. It is like watching a movie and thinking it is amazing and then go back to watch a sequel and it being the worst movie ever. there ways a dog inside that the servers were petting then walking around and not washing there hands. On the border has lost my service forever

I placed an order for pickup an hour before they closed. One order in particular was for the grande nachos with steak and chicken. To my surprise, I opened the container of "nachos" smashed together that looked like someone's leftovers or a kids meal, I actuallyhad to double check my receipt to make sure it wasn'tmy mistake. No meat, just beans and cheese. When I called about my to go order I was told "you only get 8 chips" then the manager gets on the phone and proceeds to tell me "the kitchen is now closed but I will take the chicken off your order for nachos". TERRIBLE customer service. What am I going to do with beans and cheese on soggy smashed up chips? The right thing to do is completely comp the meal that was clearly poorly prepared. It was late, it was closing time, I understand you are ready to go home, however the order was placed during business hours. If you were not willing to prepare it properly, then don't accept the order. I will not be eating from this location ever again. Do better.

I have Always Loved On the Border, But 2 nights ago took the Grandkids there for Dinner. It was horrible and We Wont be going back. From the queso to the rice to the beans and the chicken in the Enchiladas were awful. Not to mention We paid 8.99 for a 14 month old to have chicken tenders~ So that Sums it up!!! Rediculous!!!! I would rather go to Rosa's or Elmatador, So much better food!!!!
