- CCCameronMar 29, 20262.0The online ordering / curbside pick up system is ridiculous. They wayy overly prioritize the drive thru and leave curbside stuck waiting for unacceptable amounts of time. The Sonic down the road is so much more efficient and fast. I guess I'll be going there.
- ESEric SalazarMar 6, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets, two medium fries, and three sauces. One of the sauces was stabbed open and unusable, and one of the fries was dumped all over the bag instead of properly placed in the container. Since McDonald’s only gives three sauces with this order and charges extra for more, having one already opened and wasted is frustrating. I spoke with Jessica, the manager, who apologized but said “sometimes this happens.” There was no offer to replace the item, provide a new sauce, or offer any store credit, which was disappointing. I’ve ordered this same meal many times and have never had this happen before. Customers should be able to expect their food to be prepared properly and handled with care.

After more than 20 minutes, I had to go to the front desk to find someone to help me. Everyone seemed busy, but no one was paying attention to customers. Eventually, I found someone who responded, and he brought my food immediately. It was clear that my order had been ready in the back for some time, but no one delivered it. As a result, the food was cold. The excuse given was that they were waiting for fries, but while I was there, I could clearly see plenty of fries available in the fryer. Very disappointing experience.
