- SSSophiaMar 20, 20261.0Man if there was a negative star rating I would 100% give one. The staff are rude as hell here and need to be fired. I’ve read the reviews and everyone is pretty much complaining about the staff even fellow food workers. Mc Donald’s stop ignoring this. this goes back months and you have acknowledged the issue under multiple reviews so why not just do something about it? Is it the fact your desperate for employees and don’t want to loose workers? Be honest here and fix this issue

My fries were super old, I would have rather waited for fresh ones no matter the wait. And half way through my fries I found the hair shown in the picture, I understand things happen but it's been overall a terrible experience. Being McDonald's I don't expect much but at least have good customer service, the people in the morning time are freaking amazing!! Night crew needs to do better.

We tried to walk through because we didn’t realize the dine in was closed ten minutes earlier than the time it was actually supposed to close. Nobody answered, even when a man tried to order for us. They heard us because they acknowledged that we had tried to order after we walked away.
