  Idk guy, the mcchicken I had seemed to have had more dark meat than usual and was considerably tougher to eat 🍔 fresh fries are nice 🍟 it's ok I guess

  Waited in line for 20 mins... got to the window and the lady apologized for the wait. After I finally got my order and already paid, I asked for 1 chili sauce and the lady tried charging me .16 cents for the sauce. After waiting for that long you would think they would just give me 1 sauce to go with my burger but no. I've gone to other McDonald's and ordered the exact same thing and they gave me sauce for free and didn't take 20 minutes like this McDonald's did. If I could I would give this place 0 stars instead of 1 star. What a freaking joke.

  The manager at this store is very rude and unprofessional. I called to let them know that they forgot our 2 sausage biscuits and she said she didn’t have an order for sausage biscuits and wouldn’t even go back on her screen to look at it. She then hung up on me and when I tried to call back she sent my call straight to voicemail! I don’t recommend this store at all.

  I just want to thank this McDonalds for putting a copious amount of napkins in my bag this AM because I had to pick my friends dog up after daycare drop off and this dog promptly took a DUMP in my car. So I was able to effectively deal with that at the I35 stoplight thank to this McDonalds.

  Manager that worked the morning shift 03/22/26 around 9 :00 am was very rude. My card had declined due to unknown reason. The young guy advised at the window that the payment went through. Some time went by the young manger came to the window VERY RUDE and stated that she needs her line to move. I asked did i need to pull up still not advised that payment did not go through after i asked she said no you need to come in the inside and pay. So i drove around to go inside once i walk inside she walks to the front counter and repeat my order.I paid with the same card that she stated declined.she went to the back placed order in bag. I’m the only one at the counter she called the number for my order dropped it on the counter and walked off to back before i could ask for anything else. Her customer service is horrible and she needs more training on how to be polite to customers if they want to keep a positive review. Will not come back there!
