THE MEAT IS FLATTED SO THIN, THE PATTY AINT EVEN BIG AS THE BUN! I understand the economy, but ya'll need to let people know what they are getting themselves into. Yall went from cups, to paper bags & that's it. Ya'll went from fat juicy burgers, to thin, crispy, hard patties. Then the buns look like it's from walmart brand buns. I truly can not believe my experience today. Had I known that ya'll changed so much, and lowered the quality, but kept the prices... I would have never came. I waisted my money. I gave my burger to the homeless people that be standing behind petco. I am appalled. Truly... yall can at least let people know or train your staff to give people disclaimers about the changes being made to the food and the portions. That is capitalism at its best. Yall have lost a great customer. I am disappointed. Im not upset... but ya'll will be hearing from me until I get a full refund.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
