I have never had a Wingstop not provide a full order. This is a first. Looking at the previous reviews. This appears to be a norm. ------ I called the store around 9 pm in regard to the issue. I was referred to the store manager for a credit. They stated my name and full order. Then stated I would need to call Uber Eats for the refund.

But this time the ranch tasted completely different, almost like the restaurant switched to a new type of ranch. The flavor was really bad and nothing like the delicious ranch I used to get before. I’m very disappointed because the ranch was one of the main reasons I kept coming back to WingStop. If the store has permanently changed to this new ranch, then I won’t be returning anymore. I hope this was just a mistake or a one-time issue. Please check what happened so customers can get the original, high-quality ranch again.
