- TTtglooneyDec 17, 20251.0Been going to this Wendy’s for years. Went about 45 minutes ago and will never go back. I went to the drive through and attempted to change my order once id pulled around to the window. The guy working not only glared at me, he puffed up his bottom lip as if he was about to come through the window into my car. I legitimately felt threatened. The other staff recognized me ( a very sweet Hispanic lady who has always been so friendly) and waved. When she tried to speak to me, he slammed the drive thru window shut. I understand people have bad days but this was ridiculous. That is not how you treat customers.

I’m standing there for a good 5 to 6 minutes yelled hello nobody came. I yelled hello the second time is when they decided to come around the corner from the conversation they were having. I don’t ever complain about the food, but if you’re not busy and a person explains to you multiple times there’s no need for an error

Now all the sandwiches taste worse than McDonald's and I don't understand how you could have falled so low. Gross. Shredded lettus is trash and you know it, taste one of your sandwiches it's undeniable. It's so much worse, how did you think we wouldn't notice?
