- NPNate petersNov 2, 20251.0Rude slow people serving cold food, took over 5 minutes for them to stop chatting and take my order, the soda machine is out of every option that doesn't have sugar, ask them to change the syrup and they have a temper tantrum slamming stuff around then claim they are out even though they have the boxes in the hands of the other employee standing behind the counter then they tell them to put them back, most unprofessional manager ever, the evening crew was so much better than the day shift even if they did turn off the soda machine so they didn't have to change the boxes

I first noticed too many cooks in the kitchen milling about aimlessly with nothing to do, then the dirty floors caught my attention, so now, I'm looking at the whole store. The walk up counter was dirty with dried sugary drink rings. I looked behind the counter and while the dirt was ground in, there was no topical debris. However there was a huge puddle of liquid right in front of the drink dispenser. Please see video. This location is at a truck stop and it rained overnight. There was also a tornado 5 miles away but that was yesterDAY It's almost 1om and hasn't rained in hours, so what's the excuse? Tristan, the sole cashier up front, when I ordered, initially walked away when I started grumbling. I told him that I work hard for my money and selfishly expect the place to be clean. He said "they're working on it" and sauntered away. Curiously, when I started taking pics and making a video a lady came with a bucket and mopped up the mess. Same was true for the employees imbehind the counter, they started, working! Surprise surprise. Where's Wendy? Wendy can you please do a pop up inspection?? It was disgusting and if I wasn't such a hungry truck driver, I would've passed this place up.
