  I went to this Wendy's for the 1st time. They are super friendly. Amanda the manager is so nice. The restaurant looked so clean and the atmosphere was relaxing and super clean. The food was fresh and warm.. it s great place to grab a quick bite and sit and relax to enjoy your meal.

  I ordered through Uber Eats, paid in full, and came to the store because it was marked “Ready for Pickup.” Despite showing my receipt and confirming the location, I was told the order wasn’t in their system and was simply told to leave. I own and operate a restaurant, so I understand these systems well. I calmly asked if they could refresh the tablet or check for a printer issue — something that happens often — but they refused to even check. This wasn’t a system problem, but a lack of basic customer service and proper training. Both the staff and the manager were unprofessional. Very disappointed with Wendy’s standards. This experience was unacceptable.

  I belive they closed the wrong Wendy's. Previously my family would go to the Wendy's in Corinth and unfortunately there was numerous Wendy's location closings. So we tried this one on Teasley. Food was old (bottom piece of everyone's sandwich was hard, fries were old). I pulled up and one car was in line to receive food, so they weren't packed... but food was still slow. Why? You weren't making it fresh. We like Wendy's so well try again and hope they were just off their game today.
