I had already finished my coffee and went up to the counter after I noticed there wasn't anything going on back there and it turns out they had forgotten about it. There were still parts of the egg and cheese that were cold after it was heated up so it wasn't the best. This time I took a friend who uses oat milk because she can't have dairy. I may have overlooked it on the menu if it's there but regardless, when we ordered there was no mention of an extra charge for a milk substitute ($1.05 more which is a bit steep). She didn't get the whipped cream that comes with the drink so you figure it would balance out the cost a bit. But their drinks are good and it is a nice little spot, it just seems like they need a more organized system when taking orders.

We have tried so many items from the menu and love them all so it’s always hard to decide what to order lol. Today, we had amazing service from Tatum and Chloe. We ordered a monster matcha, a passion tea lemonade and a custom drink that tastes like Cinnamon Toast Crunch that Chloe recommended. They are the sweetest employees there we’ve met so far! They are so kind and really listened to and helped us today. Hope their manager sees this, they are greatly appreciated! You’re missing out if you don’t stop by and try Sweetwaters! 🩷
