  Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS A PILL in my sandwich. WHAT KIND OF UNSANITARY AND DANGEROUS THING TO HAVE ESPECIALLY IN MY SANDWICH!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🥵

  Just 1 customer was ahead of us still we have to wait for 30 minutes. When we speak up to the person who was serving, she said she is doing just her job. So subway’s employees job is to have 30 mins long non sense gossip with their friend?? Employees name is AJ. And when we asked how long we have to wait we already waited 25 mins than she said she is not going to make our order and tried to make fake phone calls to the manager at 3:00 AM. Very unprofessional behavior never expected this form subway’s employee.

  What happened Subway? It just seems like nobody wants to work there anymore. You walk in they ask you if you have an online order and if you don’t, they’re not happy to serve you. It seems like more of a chore than a job. I guess just stick with Jersey Mike’s. They know how to treat people.

  I have lived in Denton for the last 20 years. In that time this particular location has been my go to for sandwiches. While not all employees are equal, i have never felt and experienced such a tonal shift and sharp decline in service that has effected the very atmosphere of the establishment. These new employees who have recently been here are some of the most aloof, hollow, insincere people they've ever haf working here. Many of which give off a very unwelcoming vibe which is reflected in the service. Having to state REPEATEDLY that i either do or dont want something, having my sandwiches remade or worse, like this last time having to get more of an ingredient given to me separately so i have to add them myself later with a flat "apology" given afterwards *i intentionally asked for alot of the ingredient the first time but while i was busy paying, onr of the 4 employees just hurriedly threw on what little they had out there and just banked on me not catching it, i did*. I will very likely have to go to a slightly further location, especially since they very well may read this review and i doubt my food would be safe going forward. A real shame.

  Me and my boyfriend went in a few minutes ago to get some subway and when we came in there was a guy and he didn’t say hello or even look at us. But we waited because maybe he was doing something and 10-15 minutes later we left because he was completely ignoring us and we were upset. He was brunette and had tattoos and a beard and was ON THE PHONE with who I am assuming was his girlfriend. Was really annoying and rude and I wouldn’t recommend
