The vendor, George, literally humiliated me by dismissing my foreign accent and getting annoyed that I did not know the menu by heart, as if every customer had to be a regular. The service was very unpleasant and the atmosphere was icy. The content of the sandwich itself was not bad but the bread was frankly pretty poor quality.

I stopped by this Subway with my family. While we did purchase drinks, my kids picked up a couple of extra straws to play with, and the staff asked us not to take more next time. My child also accidentally dropped a chips packet, and my wife was asked to put it back on the shelf. I understand store policies, but the way it was handled felt a bit uncomfortable as a customer.
Additionally, the napkin holders were empty, which made the experience less convenient.
Overall, a little more courtesy and attention to customer needs would go a long way.

I called to ask if I could get my salad chopped from an order I just placed on DoorDash. The girl who answered told me they don’t do that anymore and hung up on me immediately. I was in the middle of saying “thank you no worries” when she slammed the phone down. She seemed annoyed and was so rude!! The call lasted maybe 20 seconds and I was so nice the entire time. I’m embarrassed for even calling. Made me feel like I shouldn’t have even asked in the first place. Cancelled my order.

How is this happening??? This is what he second place I've ordered from in a row and my sandwiches were everything except what we ordered.. I'm over ordering food. We ordered 3 sandwiches and none of them matched our order customs they were as advertised. I had to throw two out do to food allergies 😭😔😭
