I am directed to request refund through the app. There is not a way on the app. I go to Google and submit Subway customer service. I fill out the form and then wait a response. I recive none. Mind you I had done these exact steps for a Subway in Flower Mound the location 2911 Cross Timbers Rd Suite 111, Flower Mound, TX 75028 where there was an issue with the order in the app for that location and I received a response the next day after my submission from the areas regional manager. Unfortunately they could not help me with the Denton location because it was not their region. Even if there was nothing they could do, the least anyone can do is communicate back.

It was actually a good learning experience for my 5 year old to watch a grown man disrespect his mother. (Obviously I wasn't standing there for this one- just heard the story when everyone got home...) You can say "Don't treat ppl like that" all day, but watching someone be rude or mean is usually a much better teacher. I would jokingly say that that type of behavior could fly if their sandwiches hadn't tripled in price in the last 5 years- but that's really not true.
