I let my greed & gluttony win, and the tall, African American gentleman at the window had to pay the price; presumably by setting the ice cream machine back up after he had just cleaned it. Despite my audacity, he was professional, kind, and made an impeccable shake which I demolished in shame and regret. He didn't short me on the Oreos (which I probably deserved) and bid my farewell with a happy holidays. I promise not to do this again, but I will definitely be back... at a much more reasonable hour.

Second: my carhop (Ayuna?) handed me my drink with the lid hanging off and it spilling all over the place?? And then just stood there as I fumbled around my car looking for something to clean the cup, my car, and my clothes with after Dr Pepper getting everywhere. Third: she dropped my straw in the chaos of my trying to salvage my Dr Pepper and get it in my cupholder and immediately turned and was like ok bye?? Didn’t offer me a new straw or anything?? I get everyone has bad days but Jesus you couldn’t have offered to re do my drink? Give me a napkin to clean it up? Get me a new straw after dropping mine?? I just had to sit there in shock for a second after getting everything settled because the lack of customer service and awareness was astonishing.
