The lady came put to get clarification and was nice. The lady delivering the food was nice. The taste of the food was disgusting. The tots were old and twice dipped in grease. Straight up tasted like grease they fry then in. But they didn't have that normal nice crunch. It was more on the stale side. Odd right. There wasn't extra cheese. And somehow the underside of the wiener was burnt. So apparently, this location doesn't like special request or they need a new cook. 🤔

You could see the employees in the kitchen, and we pressed the service button TWICE and had it be IGNORED and CANCELLED while other cars that came after us were served around us, and we saw the employees look at us through the window and point at our car. After 30 minutes we left and went to another restaurant; best advice would be do not waist your time going to the Sonic until they train or replace the staff with people who actually would appreciate having a place to work.
