Places like Long Horn or Outback made me somewhat not thrilled to eat at a similar place. This is like the best version of all of the well priced steak houses you can go to. Beyond the food, I made it a point to stop the manager and brag about the server Chex (just like the cereal. Literally how he said it haha 😆). My cup was never empty, I felt beyond accommodated and he just had a great energy about him. Really really appreciate the service I received. It probably enhanced the taste of the food by enhancing the experience lol. Thanks again for the beyond stellar service. I will definitely be back, and I will request Chex every time.

When our name was called and we approached the table, it was given to another party, and we were told we would need to wait again. We chose to leave. I followed up with the manager, but received only a brief apology and no real explanation. This makes me question the purpose of making a reservation at all.

Extremely slow service really put a huge damper on the evening. We finally decided to ask about our order 55 mins into waiting at the table, the waiter told us it would be another 15 minutes...? Our food was hot but had mistakes, we were too hungry to mind, we ate quickly and left. It looked like many other tables experienced the same issue, I heard a lot of apologies from all the wait-staff.
