  Not sure why there are bad reviews, everyone here is super nice, the food quality is good, and they try really hard during lots of orders. Some of you people have never worked a job with the general public, they are working hard and being very polite. Keep up the great job

  I’m really disappointed with my recent experiences at Papa John’s. This is the second time we’ve received a pizza that wasn’t cut all the way through, which makes it frustrating to serve. The toppings are never consistent — either there’s barely any on certain slices or it’s unevenly distributed. The pizza also tends to have large bubbles in the crust. On top of that, the garlic knots were extremely dry, and honestly, everything we ordered felt dried out. What’s also concerning is hearing the manager yelling at employees while customers are present. That kind of environment doesn’t reflect well on the store and makes the whole experience uncomfortable. We’ve given this location multiple chances, but the quality and service just haven’t been consistent.

  Came inside for a pick up, in the 10 mins I was there not one of the 5 employees even acknowledged my existence. One guy started yelling at one point and then stormed off to the back. Pizza was fine but I’m 100% certain if I had not asked about my food it would have just sat there for another 15-20 mins. Not sure if they are just understaffed or just really busy the time I came in but service is severely lacking

  I wish I could give them zero stars, the pizzas were dry while the toppings were very light and the boneless chicken wings had no sauce. 🍕🍗 The service was pathetic and the employees making the pizza didn't even follow basic sanitary ways to make pizza. 🤢😷 We usually are frequent visitors with Domino's and Pizza Hut but wanted to try Papa John's after a longtime but this experiment turned out to be a disaster. 😭🤦‍♀️ I wouldnt recommend eating at this place for anyone. 🙅‍♀️

  I picked up some pizzas here and I asked for Parmesan and pepper and the female employee threw at me like in a bad mood face, I’ve came before and the employee was yelling screaming at the employees every time while I was standing waiting for my order, the company needs to address this situation and train the employees professional or get a new job if you don’t like it stop being miserable and leave simple as that 👎👎👎
