  I LOVE HTeaO but out of all the locations in DFW I have visited, this is my least favorite. The parking lot and ease of car navigation is poor. The staff is not overly friendly and the few times we have ordered specialty drinks, like the Poppi Cream Sode mix, it's never made right at this location. We also found out that this location did not accept online orders. If that has changed, then I apologize. Even with all these rants, I still give HTeaO 4 stars due to the amazing tea and range of options.

  The tea was great , young man working kept busy but greeted everyone who entered , I notice those things the last hto did not do that and the other got the caramel apple tea looked and tasted watery not so strong,this location was great .

  I frequent this location because I think the tea is great, and I think the water tastes better than other jug-filling stations. Sometimes my experience is better than others, but today's was enough of a flop that I felt the need to say something. Please note that I would have approached the manager on duty had I not already been waiting for so long with perishable groceries in my car... Today's trip took me about 20 minutes -- 2ish minutes to grab a couple of teas and pay for them + my 10 gallons of water, about 10 minutes of waiting for them to even start filling my two 5-gallon jugs (because apparently they can't start filling these till there is zero people in line??? at least that's what I was told at my previous visit with a similar experience), and a little over 5 minutes waiting for the jugs to fill up (they have to push the silly button after each gallon it fills...again, more reason to get this started ASAP so you can keep pushing the button between customers). Most importantly -- after the first jug was filled, I had to ask the cashier, who was the one handling the jug refills, to please not place my caps back on the jugs until he washed them thoroughly, as I witnessed him juggling them back and forth in his hand while using the tablet to check out other customers while my jugs filled up. Literally putting dirty fingers on the insides of the caps where the clean water would be in contact right after handling cash from another customer... absolutely disgusting. He replied that he understood my concern (kinda... he said "I gotchu, boss" -- please never, ever call me "boss" again), but I must stress that he offered no apology. Then after cleaning the caps, the second jug still had another gallon to go and it couldn't be finished till the line was back to zero... To top off today's experience, I am used to them offering to take the jugs to my car -- not a necessity for me as I'm physically able and happy to lug my own jugs, but honestly it's always a nice gesture. No such offer today. I would highly encourage this location to modify their workflow practices to accommodate customers with refillable jugs -- I don't always have 20 minutes to spare for something that should take me 5 minutes tops. Most of all, I would ask that management review and ensure proper handling and hygiene practices with their employees. If I witness similar handling again, I will absolutely be reporting this location to the health department. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this serious health concern.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love HTeaO! I stop in frequently for their BOGO offer—it’s hard to beat. My go-to drink is the Sweet Green Almond mixed with the unsweet regular tea—hands down the best combo they have. The store is always clean, the staff is friendly, and they make every visit quick and easy. Highly recommend to any tea lover!

  Seemed to be nice but felt like I was being watched like I was going to steal pork rinds and I asked for two little cups of cherries he said it's only for tea costumers 🤔 well duh that's why I'm here and he still only gave me 1 with only 2 cherries in it ...so what I like about 6 cherries 👀
