She appeared annoyed and looked unwilling to correct my order but grabbed the cup and came back with a replacement tea with little to no ice. I walked back to My truck, tasted it and again was given the wrong flavor of tea. I walked back inside and poured my own correct order of tea. While waiting in line, the woman in front of my while dealing with the blonde employee with glasses had a coupon and was advised that she couldn’t use said coupon. The customer asked to speak to the manager, to which the employee refused and said she was busy in the back. Once it was time for me to deal with the employee, I advised that she once again gave me the wrong flavor and that I poured the correct one with a normal amount of ice. She charged me for my correct tea despite never getting what I initially paid for. Terrible customer service.

Drive thru handed me 2 gallons that were dripping and sticky and when I asked if she could wipe them off, she set it on my car window sill. (Leaving sticky in side and out on my vehicle) I went in to speaking to the manager and he was less than helpful.
