Did a drive thru on a Tuesday late morning - say 10a, and just ordered their seasonal Oktoberfest themed breakfast sandwich and a mocha latte. There was only one car in front of me. I was there for nearly half an hour before I got to the window. It was ridiculous! And they didn’t mention the wait at all when I got there, waited an additional 5 min to get my stuff. The sandwich was messily prepared, with too much sauce getting on everything. I will not be going again, that’s way too long a wait to deal with subpar food and drink.
