Her explanations made it easy to decide on the Vanilla Zero Sugar Added Protein Latte (iced, with sugar-free vanilla syrup). It’s the perfect pre-workout boost: smooth and creamy with that classic vanilla flavor, packed with ~20-25g of protein from the special protein milk, solid espresso kick for energy, and zero added sugar so no crash mid-session. Tastes like a treat but fuels like a shake—highly recommend for anyone hitting the gym!”

They also always have super fun energy! One employee named Bella likes to talk to me about Pokemon, and that makes the experience much more enjoyable.

It doesn’t take much effort to hand a customer their drink in the drive thru after you make it, but when you choose to set it behind the window with the window open and I’m sitting there watching you prep another drink and I have to ask you for my coffee, it’s clear you could care less. You didn’t even look at me when you sat my drink down knowing I’m right there.. And when someone orders a mocha, you stir the milk with the shot, not dump it in and call it good, it’s just lazy and half ass. Too bad.. this place is close to home, but I’ve spent my last dollar at this location.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
