I decided to call since these were for my entire family and kids and CC answered and when I told her about the pizza she laughed and I could tell they knew this happened and attempted to just get away with it. I asked her if this happened there bc based on her response it seemed it did and she admitted that it did while still laughing. I record every “business” or formal interaction I have on my phone and I was so disappointed with this location. I don’t know if it was thrown on the ground then scraped back up. They offered to remake it but based on the carelessness and the laughter from her and the manager Roy in the background I requested a refund. I think I’ll stop ordering from here completely. I’ll be sending all photos and recordings to corporate as well. It wouldn’t taken nothing to simply remake it first and just let me know it would be a bit longer. I would’ve been just fine with that. Do better.

No other location covers the delivery area for this location. And they will still let you put in a delivery order with no warning for issues until someone from a random store calls you 20 minutes later.
