  Great customer service, not so good at making pizzas. I ordered extra sauce and extra cheese. I didn't get either. Looks like I ordered ordered a pizza with no sauce and light on the cheese and toppings. The young lady that made pizzas that night was in a zone. I watched the young lady make every pizza the same way. She would get a pinch of each toppings, sprinkle on pizza then pick a good percentage of it back off pizza and put back in the the container. Pizza was so dry and skimpy on the toppings I couldn't swallow a bite I chewed of it without water. I almost went to the grocery store to by pizza sauce to add to pizza, because this wasn't edible. I will never go back to this location again. $40 worth of baked bread with no sauce and no toppings. V

  I want to thank Hailey for going out of her way on November 14, 25 to get me a Purchased receipt for my order on November 13, the person who served me the night before didn't know what to do. She never hesitated to help me out with the situation. Thank you Hailey for taking the time to resolve this issue and make my happy 😊.

  IDK who answered the phone at this time of night but she didn't say hello nor did she introduce HERSELF. Immediately answered in a nasty tone & literally said "one moment" before placing me on hold, & didn't take the time to find out the reason for my call. All I was trying to do was inform her that I was paying with a $60 gift card ... The app was giving me trouble, causing me to place the order TWICE. The first time I placed the order, I was able to do a 15% tip (out of a 40something dollar order).... HOWEVER on the second time I had to place the order due to the app issues... I wasn't given the option to enter a tip amount the second time around. SO, all I was trying to do is warn the driver that I absolutely plan on tipping (AGAIN my order was only 40something PURPOSELY because I have a $60 gift card SO I can tip for delivery service). I had even removed some items that I didn't necessarily need in order to have funds left over to tip. I understand IF she was busy (literally all she had to say). I'm a very friendly & understanding person. It was her tone & lack of customer service that did it for me. Everyone knows when working in customer service... You always answer in a warm tone & at least EXPLAIN the reason for the hold THEN if you place someone on a hold & it's not brief ... Then the least you can do is check in (during that hold) & apologize for that hold. Cause I was only calling for something SIMPLE. So the call really could've been over & done with . Can't even give you her name for this complaint... That's how terrible she greeted me. If it wasn't for me needing to feed my kids I would've canceled the whole order. UPDATE: I had to call again at 9:30 because the delivery driver accidentally took my Parmesan bites with him. This time a young gentleman answered & he was VERY friendly. He greeted me in a friendly manner, got my reason for the call. BRIEFLY placed me on hold to get a hold of Joaquin to bring my Parmesan bites. ***Joaquin only started 2 weeks ago & he was very friendly & I could tell that he's doing the best he can. ***

  This place never gets the pizzas right. I make the same order weekly and they get it wrong about 70% of the time. It truly doesn’t make sense, read the order and do it right. I’ve called the manager and they act like I did something wrong even though this is almost a weekly issue. How do you get a Buffalo chicken pizza wrong every week? The manager acted like a child and kept huffing and puffing on the phone. Absolutely disrespectful and rude, I can’t believe he’s still a manager - he’s terrible.
