I began shopping here again after several years of not (mostly for online pickup) since March last year and have had the best experience every single time. Usually all my items are available, the prices are really good. Communication is good. And customer service is always good and fast. Any issue with an item quality or missing (it happens) is easy to get rectified.
- SHShelby HaneyJan 30, 20261.0So I placed a Curbside Pickup this morning probably around 9 AM, And I drive an hour into town to go pick up my groceries during my pick up hour. At 30 minutes before I get to the Albertsons they canceled my Curbside Pickup. So I’m already halfway there so I decided to go in, I run into the Curbside Pickup lady who’s actively doing Curbside Pickups. And I asked what what’s going on? She, almost in tears, and out of breath, informs me that there’s only two people working today. But as I’m walking around the Albertsons’ picking up my groceries, I see many employees just standing around. An acoustical ceiling tile falls to the ground after it’s been flooded with water. And the employees just stand there. And then I KID YOU NOT as I’m checking out there are six EMPLOYEES just standing at customer service. I’m not sure what Albertson’s is “all about” But it’s certainly not their employees or their customers. WHY IS NOBODY HELPING THE STRESSED OUT CURBSIDE PICK UP PEOPLE?!? Other special mentions is that I have done Curbside Pickup here many times before and got an expired food and a box of pasta with bugs in it. 10/10 would not come here.
