  Ordered a bagel with lox and shmear. Didn't even get it toasted. My friend ordered a sandwich right before me. She got her sandwich in 10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes before asking where my food was. I can tell the cashier was frustrated with the crew when they responded. The cashier had to make my bagel. Yes they were busy and stuff happens but they have systems in place to show how long I was waiting and it seems like they simply skipped me... While waiting, a group that ordered ahead of me asked for 3 sandwiches on everything bagels. I remember seeing in the basket that there were at least half a dozen of those bagels available. However, 10 minutes later the same cashier had to explain that by the time they got to their order, all the everything bagels were gone. Seems like these mistakes are training opportunities.

  Food was perfect, but the wait was insane for only 3 cars in the drive thru. Took almost 20 minutes from ordering to getting my order. Not the best but not the worst either wait time either. Still ridiculous time to wait at a drive thru tho.

  be so fr………….. literally the worsttttt Einstein location for so many reasons. I have no other words.

  Great for when I'm a little behind in the morning and need to pick up a quick breakfast! Love the menu, and the food is pretty fast for the quality it is.
