  Every time I come to this location the wait is absurd the crew here seems like they don’t want to be bothered they have forgotten food from my orders multiple times which will result in me having to turn around and come back.There is no sense of urgency to take care of the customers at this location the whole crew needs to be replaced or better trained

  We were eating here while out of town from the Houston area. We were left standing at the counter for what felt like forever... all while multiple employees milled around right in front of us, without even acknowledging our presence. The food was mid, at best. We usually love Dairy Queen. This location was severely lacking in every way.

  Went to drive-thru, ordered the 'BeltBuster' combo. Service was excellent, very friendly. Food was hot, fresh and delicious!!

  Nobody even pretends to be happy in the place, seems like it’s ‘just a job’ for the employees, and that’s fine. Maybe it was an off day, but for me if you’re looking for any kind of personality or appreciate friendly customer service, go somewhere else.

  We went here for the first time. I've been wanting to go since this DQ reminds me of one I grew up going to. However the employees were rude and got frustrated easily. The ceiling is sooo molded that I could smell it. Not maintained very well at all.
