- MBMiss B5 days ago5.0Thank you to Kimberly for her outstanding service today (April 8, 2026). She had a line at the door and still managed to serve, greet, and handle everything with excellence. I wanted to show my appreciation because that wasn’t easy, and she truly did her job well.
- MRMario RiveraApr 3, 20261.0We came at 10:50am and the doors were locked. An employee came and opened the doors but left them locked and we had to have an other customer come let us in. Someone came behind us and I had to let them in because no one came to unlocked the doors and this happened several times with customers coming and other customers that were inside had to let in the ones outside. The food looked old and left over from the night before. Imagine paying decent money for left over food from the night before. Terrible Finally at 11:05 an employee came and unlocked the doors

Eventually, I was able to be transferred to talk to a human, but when the person answered a fax machine sound started and my conversation ended. I called back and again went through the automated system, but this time a human did not answer, just the fax machine sound. I had to drive 15 minutes to the store, and just received a refund on my missing items + a free drink for the inconvenience. This store has rude employees who rush you and get upset when you’re not going at their 100 mph pace. The size of their burritos are consistently smaller than all other Chipotle locations.

No one's really rude but also not able to fake it to be happy but it's not a huge thing for me personally. The atmosphere is always sad, I have not seen the place busy or bumping. It's always empty which could be good or bad.
