  Had a great experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill, 2735 W University Dr, Denton, TX 76201. Me and two of my friends ordered exactly 2 chicken bowls, 2 sides of guacamole, and added queso blanco to one of the bowls. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and filling. Haley, the host, was friendly and kept everything running smoothly. The service was quick, and the restaurant is spacious with an outdoor patio, perfect for dinner. One suggestion would be to consider offering a coupon or special deal for regular customers. it would make the experience even better. Overall, a very enjoyable visit and we’ll definitely be back👍

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle location because of one employee’s attitude. From the moment we walked in, she didn’t greet us or acknowledge us—just said “what do you want” with a rude tone. While we were standing by the line, she slammed tortillas down on the counter aggressively (not even for our order), which immediately made the environment uncomfortable. When it came to my bowl, they were out of rice. Instead of handling it properly, she gave me a tiny scoop and kept moving like it wasn’t an issue. Everything I asked for felt like it was coming personally out of her paycheck. She skimmed portions, huffed and puffed when I asked for sides like sour cream or salsa, and had an overall irritated, dismissive attitude the entire time. At the end, my bowl barely had any rice. I asked again, and even though fresh rice was literally being brought out right behind her, she closed my bowl and handed me a tiny side cup of brown rice (not even what I originally wanted) instead of fixing it. When I tried to say something, she rolled her eyes, asked “anything else?” with attitude, and walked away to help someone else while I was still standing there. There are so many people out here who genuinely need jobs and would actually appreciate the opportunity to work and treat customers with respect. To have someone in that position who clearly doesn’t care, doesn’t contribute to the success of the business, and actually harms the customer experience is honestly ridiculous. The rest of the staff didn’t act like that, so it was clearly a personal issue on her part. I hope management addresses this, because interactions like this make people not want to come back I asked for her name and she ignored me. Because of that, I ended up taking a photo of her so the situation can be personally addressed and corrected. I made sure to cover the other employee in the photo, because she was completely fine and I had no issues with her at all.

  Out of everything. No veggies. No steak. No pork. Didn’t even offer a meat, just put chicken on our bowl and it was 1/2 spoof at best. No oranges for the kids meals. Asked if there was any unsweet tea made as they was none by the drink station, we got a shoulder shrug in response. Doesn’t seem like anyone cares much.

  9:30 on a Tuesday night and you close at 11pm.....no steak, no veggies, no red hot sauce, no chips, you are open for another 1.5 hours and you aren't prepared. Sad to see how this location has changed. Should be a huge stop for college kids and late nighters but they don't seem to care. Disappointed.

  Vine a comer con mis hijas y el lugar es muy bien ubicado pero las personas que atiende son muy desordenados y l lugar está sucio maltratado para ser una fachada moderna, he ido a otros chiplotes y nunca había visto uno tan desordenado.. recomendaría poner más atención a la limpieza y que halla comida a la hora de pedir ya que cuando pedí mi comida no había essalada ni barbacoa y querían colocarme el residuo final de la barbacoa y la ensalada…. Les dije que no… y solo reían.. espero que mejore en un futuro sercano porque está muy bien ubicado
