  I went through driver thru and was treated with total disrespect. The lady taking my order kept interrupting me. Meanwhile she was laughing at what another associate was saying on the headset. She showed total contempt for the customer--the person funding her paycheck. When I asked for the manager, some young guy represented himself as the senior manager. He thought it was funny also. Chick-fil-a just lost a customer. Not they care because they had no responsible person on duty. Great job.

  I visited this location earlier in the week and thought I should leave a review. First of all, the chicken sandwich is to die for, I got the classic, non spicy version, and it was really good. Second the restrooms are pretty clean, especially for fast food. Lastly, the service was excellent, Erika, specifically, was amazing, she was cleaning the tables and checking in on us, she was very friendly and respectful. Will be visiting again, this place gets 5 stars from me.

  Extremely crowded. Can't even drive through the parking lot without getting stuck or hitting the yellow drive thru cones Not enough space. Drove to the next restaurant. This is an accident prone lot and not worth the risk. Will not return.

  Most of the time I have a good experience but this location needs to do something about the drive thru line when it is rush hour. As I was in line today for at least 20+ minutes because of the lunch rush, people thought it was okay to cut in front of others in the drive thru line. There is a completely open road that allows others to cut and I counted 3 people doing so today. There were at least 20+ people behind me in this line and it is not fair how we all wait our turn but others can just cut because there is an open road allowing them to. This really needs to change. Food was great tho :)

  I usually have a good experience here. I’ve never really been at this place during rush hour other than the horrible times you’re trying to leave this parking lot area and there is tons of cars. Even sometimes getting your order it feels impossible to get out even when it’s not slammed. Today I was just getting food as I hadn’t had anything to eat and thought chicken sounded good. Unbeknownst to me I didn’t realize the line is completely on the other side and there really isn’t any signs or anything indicated that. So I got in line I thought the correct way and I had an employee waving at me so I assumed the issue was I was blocking the drive area? So I sorta panicked and pulled in not realizing I was cutting tons of people off. Granted, the employee was trying to help but his reaction afterwards of rolling his eyes and glaring at me as he huffed was just honestly anxiety inducing and sucked as the moment was embarrassing enough. I ended up leaving and I’m not sure I’ll be back. It’s just so chaotic trying to get food there and overwhelming and I felt like that reaction and how he handle the situation wasn’t great. It’s not their fault the parking lot is how it is but I think there probably needs to be better direction because I was a nervous wreck during the entire situation. 🥹
